Hospitality & Foodservice Consultants (HFC) appointed as a lead consultant for The Cambridge Kununurra project working with APD architecture and BCI Group building designer.

The Cambridge Kununurra was formally the Ibis Styles Hotel being a refurbishment and a redevelopment. Previously a 60-room hotel, with a restaurant, conference room, bar, and pool. Once completed The Cambridge Kununurra will boast a modern quality 95-room 4.5-star hotel featuring:

Coordinating a team of building designers, engineers, and consultants Hospitality & Foodservice Consultants is the lead consultant on this project, Hospitality & Foodservice Consultants have provided

◊ Operational advice to the owners, including standard operating procedures and staff training

◊ Master planning, design, and drafting with APD Architects

◊ Client liaison with consultant team and suppliers

◊ Development application

◊ Supplier contract negotiations

◊ Operating small wares advice and recommendations

◊ Tenders and Procurement
