HFC provided design for a new Cert II commercial training kitchen, a multipurpose preparation function kitchen, a bar servery design to support student training, and a new adjacent function centre. Working with TRCB Architects and project managers Encon. Construction begins in early 2025. HFC is providing advice and services during the construction phase.
HFC works include hospitality and foodservice management advisory and design services, return brief, design, drafting, equipment selection and specification, and tender. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025.
