Project: to redevelop the existing Ibis Styles hotel: 60 rooms (2 housing staff), Conference building, Reception, bar, dining, amenities building and Pool. HFC oversaw the projects and worked with APD/BCI architects.

Redevelopment into a 4.5-star hotel. Incorporating 95 mixed rooms, guest lounges, restaurant, bar, conference building over two floors, reception, bar, lobby, administration, staff and amenities building, pool, outdoor gym, connection to lobby/pool bar, spa and art/gift display, defined parking, views, separate service compound, hidden commercial laundry operation.
HFC provided management advise on hotel management operators. Agreement has been successfully agreed with a quality hotel management brand to open as a Best Western Premier Collection.
HFC consultancy scope, project oversight and feasibility, Lead consultant, Management advisory advice, operational advice, design advice, drafting, marketing advice, equipment/systems, /FF&E specification and advice, and budgets. DA approved October 2022. Refurbishment complete 2023, Stage one restaurant, bars, swimming pool, and 49 refurbished accommodations planned opening 2025. Stage two 46 new accommodation rooms, lobby, reception, meeting room, spa, and in-house commercial laundry planned to open 2026.
