Hospitality Operational and Management Consultation, Design and Drafting Services. Feasibility study, and operational planning. Working with SwanCare projects manager, and the project team. Successfully opened a new large main production kitchen, two satellite kitchens and multiple satellite pantries, meal delivery system, along with a large scale partly automated in-house laundry, and one new on-site café and a newly refurbished café. Opened 2020-21.
