Renovation and additions to the old post office in Guildford, a heritage-listed building, will incorporate a French Patisserie/café and French Bistro on the ground floor, including indoor and outdoor seating, on-site car parking, and landscaping.
HFC consultancy scope includes hospitality, foodservice, food and beverage Management advisory, operational, design, drafting, equipment selection and specification, tender advice and services, and liquor licensing advisory services. Working with the principal, architect Griffiths Architects, and traffic consultant Donald Veal.
HFC has completed the feasibility study and market research, spatial planning, and probable PL cashflows.
Section 40 application, liquor licensing application, and operating model advice are underway by HFC.
The next stages towards the planned opening in 2026 are the schematic concept, DA, design development, and tenders.
