HFC consultancy scope includes peer review design, site review, management advisory, operational and design advice, equipment specification and selections, tender, temporary kitchen advice and applications, budgets, and in-house commercial laundry advice through master planning stages completed. Working with project managers Encon, principal, and architects CotteeParker.
Stage one: Organised a mobile temporary kitchen setup and gained approvals, conducted a peer review of kitchen design and equipment selections and advised towards a new commercial kitchen and revised equipment. Opened in 2024.
Stage two: commercial in-house laundry and renovation refurbishment of kitchenettes/pantries, amongst other works, increasing bed numbers on site and refurbishing existing areas. The project is underway from 2025 to 2026.
