HFC’s work includes hospitality, foodservice, and food & beverage management advisory, operational, design, drafting advice and services, equipment selection and specifications, and tender. Working with CotteeParker, Stantec engineers, and the principal, including Crown project management and design teams.
HFC works return brief, concept, design, equipment selection and specification, service guides, tender documentation and tender stages, including value engineering, completed in April 2025.
HFC is providing responses to RFIS, shop and service drawing reviews, O&M reviews, advice and services during the construction phase.
