HFC provided design for a new canteen, commercial kitchen, and servery design for 400 plus boarders and staff.
HFC’s work included food service and food and beverage management advisory services, design, drafting, equipment selection and specification, service guides, budgets, operational, management, FF&E, and tendering services and advice. HFC worked collaboratively with the architect Nicola Gibson, consultants, the principal, builder Utopia, and kitchen contractor Practical Products. Final defects, operating and maintenance manuals reviews, warranty reviews, and builders’ practical completion were also included. The project was completed and opened in early 2025.
