HFC provided design for a new Cert II Commercial training kitchen, domestic kitchen, preparation kitchen and kiosk design to support student training and a new kiosk. Working with TRCB Architects.
HFC’s work includes hospitality and foodservice management advisory and design services, return brief, design, drafting, equipment selection and specification, and tender. The construction is to begin early in 2025. HFC is providing advice and services during the construction phase.
